For all those who are asking me to fix your pendrives – I am a not a Kingston service provider. What I have posted here is the list of service centers you can approach with your drive. They would normally check with your drive’s serial number to see if its still in warranty. Replacements are usually delayed due to huge backlogs.

I purchased 4GB Kingston datatraveler on 20/10/2009. Now it is not working. I bought that datatraveler in Bangloore. Now i am in Nellore-Andhrapradesh. I want to exchange my datatraveler very quickly. I want to exchange my pendrive in my surroundings. Is there any braches to you in Nellore. I have bought Kingston 16 GB Data Traveller101, having SN No. 25124628-088D911 but have no any UPC Bar Code, Authentic Code, License Key Nos. printed on packet. I have few questions: Is it genuine or not? whenever I copied and paste any folder (containing pictures, mp3 or any type of files) to this device, it takes lot of time and after that coppied Folder has found no contents or folder is empty.

sir i have brought a pendrive long back i have a problem when i put in my system its not showing any thing its like blank and then when i have insert to a dvd player the folders are showing but there is in thing that there is showing usb vault its not deleteing in my system kindly help this problem
