For all those who are asking me to fix your pendrives – I am a not a Kingston service provider. What I have posted here is the list of service centers you can approach with your drive. They would normally check with your drive’s serial number to see if its still in warranty. Replacements are usually delayed due to huge backlogs.
I had purchased Kingston 32 GB Pen Drive in the month of December 2015. However it is not Working. Please got it replaced with the other in the Chandigarh Region.
I am feeling deeply harassed due to no support provided from the shop keeper.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Warranty of 5 years is provided by Kingston on this Pen Drive, whereas it has not worked for ONE MONTH.
It is requested that replacement of this Pen Drive may please be arranged on urgent basis.

I am using your Dell 4 Gb Pendrive Supported by Kingston. While inserting it into my laptop and desktop it shows a pop-up of format the disk but when i click format ,it is throwing an error i.e. check to see that the device is connected properly , make sure the disk is read only etc..and when i am trying to open it , It shows an error of i/o device error.

hey i had bought kingston 2gb pen drive about 3 and half years ago. it was working fine till few days ago when the usb connector broke slightly damaging the circuit board. i have many important personal as well as professional data on it. I am using Kingston 2GB pendrive for the last 2 years. From today morning I couldn’t access my pendrive from my computer. My computer is detecting but when i click the icon it is showing “Please insert a disk into Removable disk”. I have gone through management console and changed the drive letter and paths.. I have bought Kingston 16 GB Data Traveller101, having SN No. 25124628-088D911 but have no any UPC Bar Code, Authentic Code, License Key Nos. printed on packet. I have few questions: Is it genuine or not? whenever I copied and paste any folder (containing pictures, mp3 or any type of files) to this device, it takes lot of time and after that coppied Folder has found no contents or folder is empty.
